He returned to painting in the summer of 2008 and moved back East to focus full-time on art.

After three years of painting on his own he enrolled at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in August 2010. He is currently a full time student in their four-year certificate program and lives, works, and studies in Philadelphia, PA.
